Because our items are handmade, please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
For customised or personalised orders, processing may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the design and order volume.
Shipping times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Main cities and major areas: 1 to 4 business days
- Outlying or regional areas: 3 to 7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly shown on our website when available.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery delays
Twinkle Beads is not responsible for courier delays caused by:

- public holidays
- strikes
- incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- high-volume periods
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order. Twinkle Beads is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
