Refund policy

At Twinkle Beads, every item is handmade with love and care. Because many of our products are custom-made, we ask customers to read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • customised or personalised items
  • items made to specific colour or size requests
  • sale or discounted items

We only offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • your order arrived damaged
  • your item has a clear manufacturing fault

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging if applicable

Once we review the issue, we will let you know whether your order qualifies for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, we do not accept returns on bracelets or accessories that have been worn, used, or custom-made unless they are faulty.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
